Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Margot & Co Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer store credit only for change of mind returns.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Items must be in their original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be unworn, unused and free from makeup, perfume, marks or damage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
